In such cases, the Borrower will be required to repay the outstanding balance in full, including any accrued charges. Early Repayment/h2> p>The Borrower may settle the loan, either in full or partially, before the due date without incurring penalties./p> h2>4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution/h2> p>This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Uganda.
