Забронировала за месяц гостиницу. \nПриехала , заплатила сумму больше , чтобы меня заселили раньше 12 часов дня.  Это был понедельник. Оплатила по пятницу включительно. И попросила , чтобы забронировали номер , и я его продлю по субботу ( но в четверг ). Пообещали , что забронировали.  Пришла я оплачивать бронь с пятницы по субботу , в тот самый обещанный мной четверг. Ииии…. Мне говорят , что уже две недели как , эта дата на номер , в котором я была , забронирована.  Обалдеть !!!! \n\nПро девушке на ресепшене я обзвонила все гостиницы Минска , естественно, нигде уже свободных мест на нужную мне дату не было.  Никто не извинился. \nВместо извинений , мне предложили единственный свободный номер !!! Люкс !!! За ту сумму , которую я заплатила за два дня проживания в своем забронированном номере.   Я на такое не рассчитывала.  Ошибка была гостиницы , что меня обманули.  Так не извинений , ни скидки из-за ситуации - ничего.  \n\nНомера грязные. Но хотелось бы гораздо лучше! \nОтмечали день рождение. Заранее приехали согласовать меню, несколько раз просили дать нам Банкетное меню, никто так ничего не дал. Две женщины полностью составили на своё усмотрение, без права выбора.\nСколько стоит одно блюдо, сколько будет оно на выходе, никто объяснять не собирался. Естественно, общую сумму банкета нам так никто и не сказал.\nПришлось ехать второй раз: нам только тогда назвали сумму. Окей.\nЗахотели поменять два блюда, и опять очередные \закатанные глаза\ со словами: \женщина, ну что вы хотите! Я здесь 10 лет работаю!\. Забронировала за месяц гостиницу. Приехала , заплатила сумму больше , чтобы меня заселили раньше 12 часов дня.  .../span>span styledisplay:none>Это был понедельник. Оплатила по пятницу включительно. И попросила , чтобы забронировали номер , и я его продлю по субботу ( но в четверг ). Пообещали , что забронировали.  Пришла я оплачивать бронь с пятницы по субботу , в тот самый обещанный мной четверг. Ииии…. Мне говорят , что уже две недели как , эта дата на номер , в котором я была , забронирована.  Обалдеть !!!! Про девушке на ресепшене я обзвонила все гостиницы Минска , естественно, нигде уже свободных мест на нужную мне дату не было.  Никто не извинился. Вместо извинений , мне предложили единственный свободный номер !!! Люкс !!! За ту сумму , которую я заплатила за два дня проживания в своем забронированном номере.   Я на такое не рассчитывала.  Ошибка была гостиницы , что меня обманули.  Так не извинений , ни скидки из-за ситуации - ничего.  Номера грязные. Но хотелось бы гораздо лучше! Отмечали день рождение. Заранее приехали согласовать меню, нескол.../span>span styledisplay:none>ько раз просили дать нам Банкетное меню, никто так ничего не дал. Две женщины полностью составили на своё усмотрение, без права выбора.Сколько стоит одно блюдо, сколько будет оно на выходе, никто объяснять не собирался. Естественно, общую сумму банкета нам так никто и не сказал.Пришлось ехать второй раз: нам только тогда назвали сумму. Окей.Захотели поменять два блюда, и опять очередные "закатанные глаза" со словами: "женщина, ну что вы хотите! Я здесь 10 лет работаю!". И потом этой фразой козыряли через слово...
