hrefhttps://arip.exblog.jp/33866266/>高崎に土地買うことになりました/a>の契約を不動産屋で前のオーナーさんとしました。div>重要事項説明で1時間半かかりました。土地自体は面倒なものではなく、土地を区切るコンクリートも自分の土地にあり、境界の内側でした。土地の地目は宅地で、建物は建築登録していないということでした。この場所の容積率は200%とのことであまり高い家は建てられないようです。/div>div>br>/div>div>前のオーナーさんは70代前半でパートをしているとのこと。高速なら便利そうですが、電車で池袋まで来て湘南新宿ラインで高崎まで来たようです。高崎を拠点に遊ぶベースで土地を持って小屋を建てて泊まっていたようです。/div>div>br>/div>div>一番がっかりなのはすぐ住めるようにと有った冷蔵庫と電子レンジなどを不動産屋から言われて片づけたとのこと。こちらは内見で見たそのまま使えるかと思いました。テレビとかも含め業者で処分させたとのこと。/div>div>不動産屋にしてみればいろいろ無い方が面倒くさくないかもしれません。/div>div>こちらもあるとそれらをどう生かせばとか考えましたが、そんなに古くはないので使えたらラッキーでした。/div>div>br>/div>div>引き渡しは全額払ったところで、銀行の関係で平日午前中だとのことで休みをとる必要があります。/div>div>主にネット銀行で使っているので限度額の設定がそこまで変えられるかが気がかりです。/div> 1990年頃は新宿に詳しかった気がしますが、先日迷子になりました。div>新宿3丁目の末広亭から神宮外苑に行くのに都営線を逆に乗ってしまいました。/div>div>Googleで調べると黄緑で出たので新宿3丁目駅から黄緑の都営線を目指してホームに行きましたが、どうもそれらしい乗り場が有りません。駅員に聞くとそれは都営バスとのこと。新宿まで行って乗り換えというので乗るつもりが逆に乗ってしまいました。1駅で下りてMapを見ると徒歩36分、これは無理と思い、ちょうど来たタクシーで行きました。神宮外苑は信濃町なんですね。駅はもっと地味なイメージでしたが綺麗になっていました。/div>div>夜、神田伯山の公演が終わって新宿3丁目から新宿駅へ行くときもMapを頼りにすると思ったのと違う所を通りました。地下鉄ではなく新宿駅南口まで歩きました。新宿駅から新宿3丁目駅は遠いイメージだったですが、思ったより近かったです。/div>div>今地図を見ると昔行ってたのは東口から西武新宿駅の方で、そちらは新宿3丁目と離れていますね。/div>
