To share a bit about me, I received a Bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Gerontology from Colorado State University and a Clinical Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University. Over my professional career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adult individuals, couples, and families across a variety of life experiences and backgrounds within the Denver Metro area.I’m passionate about working with motivated individuals and couples who struggle with perfectionism, shame, depression, anxiety, past traumas, low confidence, life transitions, relationship and family conflict, infidelity, divorce, or separation.
