My red oil light flashed and the car felt weird. Took it in, they gave me a free safety inspection and a comprehensive inspection which took a few hours. They replaced my breaks for cheap, gave a discounted oil change, some other things, and gave me a digital list of all the things my car would need in the future. I was pretty shocked I was able to walk out for less than $500 considering all the things they fixed! A week later, my cars front bumper kept popping out so I asked them how much itd cost to fix. I went in, they fixed it for free because they werent sure if it happened during the inspection, but I can pretty much guarantee it didnt happen because of the inspection haha I had just bought the car and there were a lot of issues that werent disclosed to me. Staff is very pleasant as well. I will say, though, that under previous management I had to go back several times to fix a problem that the mechanic caused in the first place. I initially brought my car in for preventative maintenance - for a valve adjustment. Everything was working just fine but the manager told me that my particular make/model needs a valve adjustment around 75K miles. My car had 80K miles at the time, so I decided to go ahead any pay for the valve adjustment, about $1000. But when I brought it home it developed an oil leak. I brought it back multiple times and still they did not fix it. Then I had surgery and was out for a few months. When I called back I spoke with the new manager, Mario, who assured me that if I brought it back again he would make sure it was taken care of properly. And he did! He let it sit for a few days with cardboard underneath and found no oil leak. I brought it home and let it sit for a week, running it almost every day, and sure enough there is no oil leak anymore. I really appreciate that they were finally able to make my car right and really, really appreciate that Mario called me to see if I had any issues. I hope that Ken and leadership can maintain quality mechanics and make sure that Mario is compensated for his very professional workmanship. Instead of trying to hoodwink me with expensive repairs that would ultimately do nothing, they suggested I kick the bucket on this one, and retire the car. As I drove away down the freeway, I considered the advice I was given, and pulled into a dealership and bought a new car. If they hadnt given me that advice, the car would have surely broken down on the side of the freeway, as it did a couple of weeks later as I drove to its final destination. Graduating in 1973.I attended vocational school for auto repair at Arizona Automotive Institute right after high school.I held a job as a mechanic for over 20 years.
