/>				h2>伦理委员会简介/h2>				p>  湖北省中医院伦理委员会是建立在本医疗机构的独立审查机构（不受行政、研究者、申办者以及不适当的影响和干预），其工作遵循国内国际医学伦理方面的有关规范和指南。伦理委员会的人员组成包括有：专业人员（具有副高以上技术职称的医学、药学、护理专业人员；非医药专业人员（社区群众）、法律专家、外单位人员，有不同性别，目前本院第六届伦理委员会由13人组成，刘建忠主任医师任主任委员；李晓东主任医师任副主任委员。伦理委员会负责对本院内进行的新药临床试验、医疗器械、临床科研项目、诊疗新技术等涉及人类受试者的临床试验进行独立、称职、及时的科学审查和伦理审查，最大限度地保护受试者的尊严、权利、安全和福利。。湖北省中医院伦理委员会将努力履行国内国际认证的要求，规范伦理审查标准，提高伦理审查能力。/p>				a 湖北省中医院暨湖北省中医药研究院、湖北中医药大学附属医院、国家中医临床研究基地，是全国唯一一所“四位一体”发展的省级三级甲等中医院，是国家中医药管理局首批全国示范中医院、国家临床药物试验机构、湖北省中医药数据中心。医院始建于1868年（清同治七年），前身是英国传教士杨格非博士创办的仁济医院，距今已有150年的历史。经过几代省中医人的辛苦耕耘，目前医院已发展成集医疗、教学、科研、保健、新药研发于一体的大型综合性省级中医院。2017年，医院被评为全国文明单位。湖北省中医药研究院 是根据中共中央197856号文件精神确定建立的全国六所中医药科研基地之一，占地面积10万平方米。内设中西医结合研究所、中药研究所、骨伤科研究所、中医基础理论研究所、临床研究所5个研究所，下设15个研究室。1991年5月，原国家主席李先念同志为研究院题写院名。同年9月，李先念同志夫人林佳媚女士亲临研究院，为院名揭牌。1994年，被确定为“卫生部中药临床药理基地”。2001年，研究院与湖北中医学院附属医院合并组建成湖北省中医院。2017年，研究院成功纳入国家中医药传承创新工程省级中医药科研机构项目。湖北中医药大学附属医院 1961年，原湖北省卫生厅批准湖北省中医院前身—湖北医院为湖北省中医学院附属医院。50年多年来，医院已发展成为师资力量雄厚的大型教学医院。每年完成湖北中医药大学课堂教学任务2万余学时，接收实习生、进修生、留学生、硕士生、博士生500余人次。国家中医临床研究基地 2008年，医院确定为全国十六家国家中医临床研究基地建设单位之一，重点进行肝病研究。基地项目新建总建筑面积60040㎡的综合大楼，总投资2.83亿元。2015年4月，基地综合大楼正式投入使用，2016年12月，基地建设顺利通过国家中医药管理局综合验收。目前，医院“一院五址”，即花园山院区、光谷院区、凤凰门诊、省直机关分院及建设中的武东院区。建筑面积29万平方米，开放床位2000余张。医院专家荟萃。现有在职职工2438人，副高以上职称专业技术人员440人，博士生导师29人、硕士生导师159人。设有12个博士点、23个硕士点。拥有210名从事科研工作的全额事业编制。拥有全国名中医1名，国家级名老中医27名，湖北中医大师9名，湖北中医名师14名，全国优秀中医临床研修人才27名，首届湖北省中青年知名中医11名，湖北医学领军人才1名。医院专科齐全。开设临床及医技科室37个，拥有国家卫生计生委重点专科5个、国家中医药管理局重点专科9个、国家中医药管理局重点学科6个、省级重点专科13个、省级重点学科6个。我院现为区域中医诊疗中心（肾病）建设单位和区域中医诊疗中心（肝病）培育单位。医院中医特色突出。始终致力于继承和发扬中医药的精髓，在全国率先开展“治未病”、“体质辨识”、“冬病夏治”、“膏方节”等中医特色服务，拥有国家级名老中医药专家传承工作室10个、国家级中医学术流派传承工作室1个、国家中医药重点研究室和国家中医药管理局科研三级实验室各一个、二级实验室14个。中药制剂品种98个。医院科研实力稳步提升。先后主持或参加了国家“六五”至“十五”重大科技攻关项目、“973”及国家自然科学基金项目等部省级科研课题400余项，获国际、国内先进成果60余项。国家药物临床试验机构GCP专业19个，国家、省级学会主任委员30余人，副主委60余人。医院致力协同创新，合作共赢。先后与美国、英国、加拿大、德国、捷克、新加坡、台湾等25个国家和地区建立合作关系。同时，以国家中医药研究基地为引领，面向需求、推倒围墙、整合优势资源，聚焦湖北传统优势中医药研发，广泛借脑引智，聘请国内外十余位知名专家，寻求学术技术支持。与湖北中医药大学、省内外知名药企、知名大学研究室所、国内高水平研发团队进行实质性协作与合作。与我省25家三级中医院组建湖北省中医联盟，与12家基层中医院组建湖北省中医院集团，在专学科建设、人才培养、科研协作、中药制剂研发推广等方面开展广泛、深入的合作，全力打造我省集政产学研医于一体、贯通一、二、三产业的协同创新平台。2018年，医院将继续秉承“传承中医文化，服务大众健康”的服务理念，顺势而为抓机遇，乘势而上促发展，努力向外拓展空间，继续对内挖潜增效，进一步补短板、强特色、立标杆，全面提升以临床疗效为中心的中医药服务能力，努力建设受病人信赖、令社会满意、让员工幸福的现代化创新型中医院，引领湖北省中医药事业发展，切实担当国家中医临床研究基地的示范作用，为早日实现“进入全国中医院第一方阵”奋斗目标，不忘初心，继续前进！/p>				a
