Sliding Fee Scale Applications are available at each approved site. Discounted/Sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income pending application approval. No one will be denied access to services based on inability to pay. Second, professionals who are able to practice independently (APRN, LCSW, LPC and MD) can apply through the NHSC website to have their student loans repaid in exchange for working at a number of our clinics or schools that we serve.
