I know it’s a few days late, but I thought I’d tell you how we spent our Sunday. We woke up bright and early to head over to Laura’s Aunt’s house, she was nice enough to accept some of our computers (Laura convinced me that I don’t need six of them). That turned out to be a mistake. Laura’s was pretty good, but mine started off a little weird. First the girl came in with what sounded like a piece of hard candy in her mouth. Later I realized that she was sick and it was a cough drop. During the massge she left the room twice to go blow her nose, and then she decided to massage my face! Needless to say, I woke up Monday morning with a sore throat and have been fighting a cold the past few days. When I say taste, I actually mean a gigantic bite. We ate a ton of delicious food, I think together we easily put down a couple hundred crawfish in every style imaginable./p>p>We also got to catch up with a bunch of people who we haven’t seen in years. In fact some were in town for completely differet reasons and we just randomly ran into them on the streets of New Orleans. All in all it was a fantastic time! (Well except for the 12 hour delay at the New Orleans airport, skipping that would definitely have made it better.) After Thanksgiving, we spent every weekend at a holiday party of some sort, and then we ended with us spending Christmas with our respective families, Laura in Vegas and myself in Delaware (a round trip that involved going through security lines four times!) So when it came time for New Year’s Eve, we just picked up a bottle of Champange and watched the ball drop at home.
