Der von überall verfügbare Speicherplatz wird anschließend wie ein normaler Ordner in das Betriebssystem integriert. Auf diesen Ordner kann ich nun von meinem Büro-Rechner, meinem Laptop zu Hause oder via Tablet und Smartphone von unterwegs zugreifen./p>p>Ich kann einzelne Ordner für Mitarbeiter freigeben oder wieder andere Ordner für meine Mutter, die dort Zugriff auf die neuesten Bilder meiner Kinder hat. Ich hatte zwar noch ein älteres Backup vorliegen, aber dennoch musste ich Dateien von fast 6 Monaten wieder aufarbeiten./p>p>Bisher nutzte ich Word und Excel für Angebote und Rechnungen. Doch davon wollte ich weg und sie ebenfalls durch eine Cloud-Lösung ersetzen.
