I grew up with John and we shaped each other to the point where we were near-perfect doppelgangers of one another. He always enjoyed my writing and made me promise one day to craft a novel about him. When asked what he wished to be, he gave the answer of a vampire. I promised him i would do just that — it sounded like a fun challenge!br />br />    He died. After making me promise, the bastard went and left me alone with this task; but i did it. John Cook is the anti-hero of my self-published, urban fantasy novel, Im Glad Youre Dead which is book 1 of the Preternatural Chronicles.br />br />  There will be 13 novels in the series with a novella or two thrown in for good measure.
